Not sure which course is right for you? Here's how they’re different (and why they work well together):

SchoolHabits University is my comprehensive study skills program that teaches 6 core areas (time management, task management, note-taking, annotating, study skills, and organization. Available in two tiers: Standard (no Q&As) and Signature (12 months of Q&As). It has one module dedicated to note-taking as part of the bigger system. ADHD friendly, and includes ADHD-specific lessons to support executive function.

The Note-Taking Power System teaches students the fastest, easiest way to take notes in lecture classes. It's a targeted deep-dive into the note-taking process itself. It’s designed for students who want to refine and master this one skill — across lectures, readings, and independent learning — with additional strategies, templates, and tutorials. ADHD friendly.

The Assignment Management Power System teaches students the simplest, most effective homework management system to plan, track, and finish assignments, without leaving everything to the last minute…again. It's designed for students who need a better way to manage daily work, long-term projects and even abstract reading assignments. ADHD friendly.

The three programs complement each other. SchoolHabits University gives you the full framework for school success. College Note-Taking Power System and Assignment Management Power System both zoom in to strengthen one of the most essential academic skills.
